Shine On Brightly- Vanessa Williams, RN
Vanessa Williams has seen many changes since first coming to NuHealth as an LPN in 1987, and she’s delighted by her latest surroundings. Today she’s a registered nurse and team leader at the new Zaki Hossain Center for Hypertension, Diabetes and Vascular Disease, and will proudly receive a Bachelor’s degree from Farmingdale State College this year.

NuHealth created the Zaki Hossain Center for Hypertension, Diabetes & Vascular Disease at Nassau University Medical Center to help our patients prevent, diagnose, monitor and treat these diseases as interrelated parts of a complex medical puzzle. The Center is housed on a beautifully renovated floor, specifically designed to encourage collaborative care of diabetes and related diseases.
